Sabah International Fishing Tournament 2010

Sutera Harbour Marina & Country Club plays host to the Sabah International Fishing Tournament. This annual fishing tournament is jointly organized by the Sabah Anglers Association and Sutera Harbour Marina & Country Club. Which will be held from 28th May to 30th May 2010.

The venue is Sutera Harbour Marina & Country Club in Kota Kinabalu city. The fishing ground is 20 nautical mile radius off Pulau Mengalum, due west from Kota Kinabalu.

The Top Prize is the Team Category, where the heaviest total weight of three fishes wins RM15,000 (about USD4,700). Cash prizes for the Team Category are RM 5,000 for second place to RM1,000 for fifth place.

To get a shot at winning the tournament, register before 1800 hrs on 27th May 2010. The registration fees, if you do so before 14th May 2010 is RM170, and rises to RM200 after 14th May 2010. Sabah Angler Association members can register for RM150.
