if you are in 1borneo,DUNT GO GIANT!!!
giant there absolutely giving worst customer service and bringing 1borneo down!!!
15/09/2009 before it was about 10 pm, i went to the reception area(actualy is a place where temporary storing your bags and things) which is beside the entrance of the giant.
i was there to claim back my shirts which i bought from giant earlier at aroud 3 i guess.
And hell ya!!!
scolded by the staff who name Azmir incharging the front desk!!
SHIT!!
i showed the card which provided by them!!! and i was scolded for so late claiming back my things!!!
Are he my parent?? restricting me doing this and that???
SHIT!!!
i was so eagerly to call for the duty manager but was in rush…DAMN IT!!!
is it the customer services that suppose to be given by the “largest hyper mall in borneo/east malaysia”??!!
it may be the largest hypermall at there BUT!!!
the customer service is much wores than the shopping lots
sabah as a state manly invert in tourism business with the 1borneo shopping mall which suppose to be proud of…now reveal its so much ugliest face
i swear i wont buy again from giant without reasonable explain
staff name Azmir,i hope i called out his duty manager to make the complain!!!
DAMN!!!!!
