G-Mart opened its doors in Ranau in June of 2009. The climate in Ranau is a little cooler than in Kota Kinabalu. Not by much, but it does make a big difference as it was hot and dry in Kota Kinabalu.

It has been raining non-stop for three days and nights now. Seriously. Every time it looks like it is going to stop, it starts raining again. It is not just in Kota Kinabalu, but all the way to Ranau and Sipitang.

You can get Free Parking if you spend RM50 in Giant, 1 Borneo. Just remember to bring the parking ticket and hand it to the cashier when you pay for your purchase. Make sure you get the ticket back. You will need it to exit the car park.
