Many of my friends who has been there commented on the cool climate at Kasih Sayang Health Resort. Kasih Sayang in Malay means to give love or to love. It is an ideal place to go if you to rejuvenate your mind and body in the sanctuary surrounded by nature.

The food was exactly as I remembered it, delicious and fresh. We had cockles, prawns, fried crayfish, steamed fish, fried chicken, stir-fried vegetables for 6 adults and 2 children.

Strangely enough, good food is easier to find in towns like Sandakan and Tawau. Perhaps it is because people have more time to enjoy eating food and hanging out with friends in cafes. In a place like Tawau, Sabah, you can get to any location in 5 minutes.

Anybody who has been to Sabah will know that we have a great variety of fresh seafood here. If you have missed out on the seafood, you have missed out on part of the Sabah experience. We don’t have much fancy seafood recipes, just simple flavors and fresh seafood.
